PRD Development

The firm, through its affiliate, PRD Development Inc., is actively developing retail properties in the New York metropolitan area, on spec and as a preferred developer for, among others, Advance Auto Parts. Other tenants for which we have developed properties include Ethan Allen, La-Z-Boy, Municipal Credit Union, Planet Fitness Gym, Sally Beauty, Van Heusen, Eastern Mountain Sports and Corning Revere. Projects range from ground up developments to redevelopment of existing properties.

Jeffrey Pliskin runs this division. Mr. Pliskin has extensive experience in the field, as a real estate attorney, developer, and manager.
